for the holiday weekend we went camping with friends to the tonto national forest. the scenery was so green and filled with pine trees and aspen trees,
we even went fishing and canoeing…yes even i went in the canoe!! 🙂
camping with friends is so much fun and actually makes the whole sleeping-on-the-ground-in-the-cold-experience enjoyable!! 🙂
carter had his first choral and percussion concert!! in addition to singing several songs he also played the xylophone, kazoo, and other percussion instruments! it was so fun to see him doing well and having so much fun in something non-sport related 🙂
the choir had several had movements choreographed to the songs. AND the choir sang one of my favorite kids songs ever – “the cat came back” 🙂 i really hope he does choir and percussion again next year!
still can’t believe my child is nine!!!! how did that happen?!?!?!
