another year

and the school year is (finally) over! 4th and 7th (gulp!) grades here we come. what a difference a year makes!

and they’re off!!

…and then we had halle’s amazing cave summative which deserves a post of its own!! first she performed a recital with her recorder,

and then served as a docent who gave us a spectacular tour of her class’ cave,

not sure why she looks scared here! 😂😂

it was so fun to see all of her hard work from this quarter!

still in school…

even though it feels like summer school is still going strong and we had summative this week. carter and his team made a castle and learned about medieval times!

even more impressive he gave a speech about what he learned in the building process and how to work effectively with a team! it was awesome!!
